I think it’s only fair I share my own glow up over the last 2 years… 🤍

Two years ago, I’d lost myself. I’d not long had my third baby, I was carrying a lot of grief and going through huge changes in my life. Although I smiled in photos, I wasn’t truly happy.

So I started looking after myself again — my health, my confidence, my career and building a business I’m incredibly proud of.

But most importantly, my children. I wanted them to see their mum happy, strong and show them that even when life changes completely, you can rebuild.

And wow… a lot can change in two years. 🥹

I’m healthier, happier, my children are happy, I’ve met the man of my dreams and I’m proud of the woman and mum I am today. 🤍

I wish I could hug the woman in those first photos and tell her, “Keep going. It’s going to be okay.”
