Full body scans available on Saturday 24th October. A non invasive way to test what’s going on in your body. Everything is listed in the picture👇🏻 a device is simply connected to your finger and scans your body, producing a 118page report. Normally £80 but an introductory price of £40 for the wellness centre 🫶🏼 it’s only £25 if you are adding it on to our PEMF special offer. Children can also be tested, please check the image below which will show you what it can pick up.

We have an amazing introductory price for the PEMF especially for the Wellness Centre 😍 I saw some amazing results when Sonia came to the Centre. I would definitely recommend this for joint pain as we saw many knees and and elbows greatly reduce in pain, but everyone felt the benefits.

The scan can detect multiple things like vitamin deficiency, thyroid health, bone health, blood sugar, the endocrine system, collagen levels and loads more! You will receive a 118 page report via email with your results 😅

You will also have access to the eye mask for migraines and eye fatigue and the stomach belt which helps balance sugar levels, helps promote healthy digestion, helps with back pain plus lots more! This is all included in the price. The treatments will be done two people at a time as there’s two machines available.

Why Scheduling Downtime is Non-Negotiable 🌟

In our fast-paced modern lives, wearing busyness like a badge of honor has become far too common. We rush from meetings to errands, constantly checking screens and pushing past our limits. But here is the hard truth: if you do not intentionally schedule time to rest, your body and mind will eventually force you to do so—usually at the worst possible moment. I’ve lost count how many clients I’ve seen over the years who have got to this point.

Preventing burnout isn't just about sleeping eight hours a night; it is about carving out deliberate moments of pause to reset your nervous system.

When you constantly run on adrenaline, your system stays in a perpetual "fight or flight" mode. Without adequate downtime, the consequences accumulate quietly until they manifest physically or mentally:

Sudden Exhaustion - Your immune system weakens, leaving you vulnerable to frequent colds and lingering fatigue.

Mental Fog - Concentration plummets, creativity dries up, and everyday tasks feel overwhelming.

Physical Strain - Chronic tension settles into your shoulders, neck, and back, often leading to stress-induced headaches.

Rest rarely happens by accident. If you wait until you have "free time," you will likely find that work, chores, and obligations rush in to fill the void.

Treat rest as an appointment : Put relaxation in your calendar just as you would a crucial work meeting or a doctor's visit.

Disconnect to Reconnect: Dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to completely unplug from digital notifications and external demands or out source your relaxation. Sometimes, stepping away requires stepping into a dedicated environment where you are entirely cared for and that is why I created the wellness centre 🫶🏼

If you are already familiar with the wellness centre you’ll know we have a vast range to offer. Our sound baths and journey meditations are only £20 for an hour of relaxation guided by our intuitive practitioners, we hold these in our sanctuary room in small groups for a more personal experience. We often run events on Sundays to fit in with everyone’s needs. Dee will be in on Sunday 25th with tuning forks for pain and de stressing the body, prices start from £15.

One thing I always hear after a client has had some form of therapy is they didn’t realise how much they needed it. Your body goes into that floaty feeling as it’s saying thank you for allowing me to rest ❤️

We recommend you only have a Reading every 3-6 months. If you wanted a more depth reading on different areas that’s fine but we advise waiting if you have the same questions 🥰
