Important Booking Notice 🤍🦋

A little update to my booking policy for ALL LashedByLiv appointments 🤍

From now on, a £15 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure every booking.

I have always tried to be extremely understanding when it comes to cancellations and last-minute changes, but unfortunately I have had an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and it is now starting to have a real impact on me and my income.

✨ Please note:
• The £15 deposit will be kept if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
• Deposits will also be kept for any no-shows.
• If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation or no-show, a new £15 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and I will always try to be reasonable where I can. However, as this is my business and my income, I need to put this policy in place to protect my time and my livelihood.

✨ LET’S TALK LASH SHEDDING ✨

Ever wondered why you can sometimes notice more lashes falling out after your lash appointment? 👀💗

Don’t panic — lash shedding is completely normal! Your natural lashes are constantly going through their own growth cycle, which means they naturally shed and make room for new lashes.

On average, each eye can naturally shed around 2–5 lashes a day. That means over time, you may notice:

♡ 1 week — around 21 lashes shed
♡ 2 weeks — around 42 lashes shed
♡ 3 weeks — around 60 lashes shed

So if your set starts looking a little less full after a couple of weeks, it doesn’t necessarily mean your lashes aren’t lasting — your natural lashes are simply doing what they’re supposed to do! 🥰

This is also why keeping up with your infill appointments is so important. Regular infills help keep your lashes looking full and fresh as your natural lashes continue through their shedding cycle. ✨

Your lashes are growing, shedding & starting again — it’s all part of the process. 🤍

From 9th September, my appointment times will be changing slightly as my little boy starts nursery 🥹💕

There will be no appointments available between 12pm–1pm or 3pm–4pm.

This means Appointments between 1pm–3pm will be INFILL appointments only 🤍

✨ Full sets will not be available between 1pm–3pm. ✨

This is just to allow me to work around my little boy’s new nursery routine while still being able to offer my lovely clients as much availability as possible. 🫶🏼
