We start next week! 🏃‍♀️🌿

It’s been a long summer, but there’s finally a little chill in the air …. that can only mean one thing… courses are starting!

We’re kicking things off next week with our Half Marathon Programme, followed by our Beginners and Improvers groups in the weeks that follow.

We can’t wait to get back out there, hit the trails, put in the miles and of course, find some mud! 🥾🌧️

2 sessions a week Wednesday & Saturdays starting from Wednesday 2nd September @6.30

📣 2026 courses coming up ….

🚫🐶 dogless - £40pp
4 weeks starting at 630pm on Tuesday 4 August
We will be doing runs we don’t do with the dogs, up to around 5 miles taking things steady before the season kicks offs

🐶 Canicross - half marathon - £150
10 weeks to coincide with the canitrail half on 14 Nov
630pm from Wednesday 2 Sept + weekend homework club.

🐶 Canicross beginners £100
6 weeks starting at 630pm on Tuesday 15 September

🐶 Canicross improvers £85
5 weeks starting at 630pm on Tuesday 27 October

We are looking forward to the year ahead after a quieter Christmas break!

We had a fabulous frosty and feature filled Chepstow half marathon route this weekend, it was lovely to go somewhere new with so many friends!

The new beginners course is full, full, full and we are looking forward to sharing the canicross love with them all starting next week ❤️❤️

As we head into Christmas, it’s been a busy few months since the start of the season in September!

8 week beginner course (0-5k) and graduation ☑️
6 week improver course (5-10k) and graduation ☑️
12 week half marathon course (10k-half), canitrail half and additional graduation to come ☑️
1 workshop for a trainer in Chepstow ☑️

Lots of social group runs, lots of fun and lots of mud!

Coming into the New Year, Hannah is slowing her running down in preparation for a new arrival. Lisa will be running a beginner and improver course though slightly scaled back in numbers than usual.

Well done team! Our half marathon graduates smashed their run round frampton this weekend! The culmination of 12 weeks of hard work for them and their dogs ♥️

Our courses will start again in February / March - watch this space for dates and details.
