I wish more people had managed to join Tutors Alliance Scotland tonight, but between the football and this amazing weather, I think they had some pretty tough competition! ☀️⚽😂

Cheryl spoke with so much warmth, passion and genuine care, and it was so clear how much heart has gone into creating Happy Thoughts Squad.

As a fellow ex-teacher who's followed a different path to continue supporting children and families, it was such a pleasure hearing about her journey and what inspired her to create these beautiful subscription boxes.

I loved that they aren't about telling girls how they should feel or giving them one "right" way to cope. Instead, they gently encourage girls to explore their emotions, understand them a little better and discover the things that help them.

For children who find it difficult to explain why they're feeling worried, anxious or overwhelmed, I can see how comforting and empowering something like this could be.

The more Cheryl spoke, the more I found myself thinking, "I know so many families who would love this."
