Preparing for your End-Point Assessment? Here are 5 essentials every hairdressing and barbering apprentice should know to help you feel confident, professional and ready to shine on the day.

✨ 1. Show Professionalism
Keep your station clean, follow hygiene and safety standards, and act with confidence—your attitude is being assessed too!

✨ 2. Choose the Right Model
Pick someone reliable whose hair fits the service. Understand their type, texture, and growth to avoid surprises.

✨ 3. Practice – Mocks Matter
Simulate the real thing with timed mock EPAs. This builds confidence and highlights areas for improvement.

✨ 4. Be Confident in Your Knowledge
