Sometimes we know something is happening inside us, but we can’t explain exactly what it is.
You don’t have to force yourself to find the perfect word.
Start by noticing your body, your thoughts and what was happening around you.
Sometimes understanding comes slowly.
You can listen before you understand. ❤️
Why no two Amori sessions are exactly the same?
Because no two bodies arrive in the same way.
Some days you may feel tense.
Some days exhausted.
Some days emotionally full.
Some days you may simply need quiet.
During a session, I pay attention to how your body responds — your breathing, areas of tension, where you begin to soften, and where I feel I need to slow down or stay longer.
I don’t follow exactly the same routine with everyone.
The session adapts to the person in front of me and to what I notice in that moment.
Different body. Different day. Different session. ❤️

What does intuitive bodywork mean to me?
For me, intuitive bodywork means being fully present with the person in front of me.
I pay attention to the body, the breathing, the way the muscles respond, the areas that seem to need more time, and the sensations I notice in my own hands and body during the session.
I don’t follow exactly the same routine every time.
I allow the session to adapt to what I notice in the moment.
Sometimes that means staying longer in one area.
Sometimes using a gentler touch.
Sometimes working without touch for a moment.
Sometimes simply slowing down and giving the body space.
I don’t try to force an explanation for everything I feel.
For me, intuitive bodywork is about noticing, listening and responding — rather than following a fixed routine.

It feels so good to take some time for yourself. ❤️
We often keep going, doing, thinking and taking care of everything around us.
Sometimes, even a few quiet moments can help us slow down and reconnect with ourselves.
A facial massage can be one of those moments — a chance to pause, breathe and simply receive.
Take some time for yourself. You deserve it.

Sometimes people know exactly what they want from a session.
Sometimes they simply know they are tired, tense, overwhelmed or in need of some time for themselves.
And that is enough.
You don’t need to understand everything that is happening in your body before you come to Amori.
We can slow down, notice how your body responds and allow the session to develop from there.
You can simply arrive as you are. ❤️
When was the last time you asked yourself: “What do I need?”
We spend so much time thinking about what everyone else needs that sometimes we forget to check in with ourselves.
You don’t need to have the perfect answer.
Maybe you need rest.
Maybe you need space.
Maybe you need movement, support, silence or connection.
Sometimes reconnecting with yourself starts with one simple question:
