New month. If you've been meaning to do something about your hair, here's the honest version of what that actually takes. 🗓️
Hair works on cycles measured in months, not weeks. Which means the thing that shifts density isn't one treatment — it's consistency across a year.
That's what the membership programmes exist for:
• Tonic membership — from £10/month
£10 off treatments every month, discounted products, and access to the support groups.
• Hair growth programmes — from £90/month
12-month structured plans across Essential, Premium and Elite tiers. PRP, LLLT, micro-needling and more, scheduled rather than ad hoc.
• Skin care plans — from £40/month
Essential, Premium and Elite, with savings over 6–12 months.
The point isn't really the discount. It's that progress gets tracked, treatments happen on a schedule instead of whenever you remember, and the plan gets adjusted as your hair responds.
If you started in October, you'd be a full year in by next autumn — with actual data behind you instead of a vague sense that it might be a bit better.

At the far end of what's currently possible in hair restoration sit two regenerative options. They get talked about constantly and explained almost never — so here they are, plainly.
🔬 Exosome treatment — a course of six
Advanced exosome serums delivered into the scalp via micro-channelling, on a schedule built around you. Exosomes are signalling vesicles: the messengers cells use to tell other cells what to do.
🔬 Stem-cell restoration (PTT_6®) — a six-week course
One session per week for six weeks.
Both are £995 for the course, with maintenance sessions from £200.
These sit at the top of the menu, and they are not where most people should start. A consultation comes first, always — because spending £995 on the wrong protocol for your diagnosis helps nobody, least of all you.
If you've been reading about exosomes and wondering whether they'd actually do anything for your situation, ask me. You'll get a straight answer either way.

The treatment nobody expects to cost £15. 💡
Low-level light therapy — LLLT — uses specific wavelengths of red light to support activity at the follicle. It's painless, there's nothing to recover from, and a session takes around seven minutes.
Seven minutes. You could genuinely do it on a lunch break.
It works best as a consistent habit rather than a one-off, which is exactly why it sits inside the hair growth programmes rather than being sold as a miracle on its own.
£15 per session.
It isn't right for every type of hair loss, and it's no substitute for finding out what's actually causing yours. But for the right person, as part of a plan, it's one of the easiest things in the whole menu to keep up with — and consistency is most of the battle.
Ask at your consultation whether it's worth adding to yours.

More men in the UK are on TRT than ever — and we're seeing more of them in clinic.
Testosterone replacement does a lot of good. Energy, strength, focus, libido. But testosterone converts into DHT, and in men with a genetic sensitivity, DHT is the driver behind male pattern hair loss.
So when levels aren't balanced properly for you as an individual, hair is often the first place it shows up: growth cycles shorten, shedding picks up, hair gets finer, and recession accelerates in the areas you were already predisposed to lose.
The issue usually isn't the testosterone itself. It's the lack of oversight around it — treatment sourced privately, inconsistent bloods, no structured follow-up.
Your prescriber handles the hormone side. What I can do is assess the hair side properly, track density over time, and flag early when something is shifting — because early intervention protects density in a way that noticing two years later does not.
If you're on testosterone, or thinking about starting, don't let your hair be the thing nobody is watching.

Biotin gummies. Collagen powders. "Hair vitamins" promising thicker hair in 30 days.
Here's the honest truth: there is no universal best supplement for hair loss. And taking them without knowing what your body actually needs can do more harm than good.
Hair loss isn't one thing. It can be genetics, hormones, stress, inflammation, an autoimmune condition, or a nutritional deficiency. Reaching for a supplement assumes the cause is nutritional — and often it isn't. If your hair loss isn't caused by a deficiency, a supplement won't fix it.
More isn't better, either:
• Too much vitamin A is linked to increased shedding
• Excess iron can cause toxicity if you weren't deficient to begin with
• Overloading biotin can interfere with blood test results and mask what's really going on
Which is why I'll always say the same thing first: get your bloods done. Ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate, thyroid function, hormones. That takes the guesswork out and makes any supplementation targeted rather than hopeful.
And even where there is a deficiency, supplements are support — not a solution. Scalp health, circulation, hormone balance, sleep and stress all sit alongside them.
Test first. Then target what your body actually needs.

Some men are genuinely happy to let it go. For others it's harder than they'll say out loud. There's no wrong way to feel about it.
If you're in the second group, a hair system is worth knowing about — and most men have no idea how far they've come.
It's non-surgical. No downtime, no scarring, no waiting months to find out whether something worked. You come in, and you leave with a full head of hair matched to your own colour, density and the way you actually wear it.
Every one is bespoke. Sharp fade, modern quiff, or something subtle and age-appropriate — cut and fitted so it looks like it grew there. Secure enough for work, the gym, and not thinking about it.
From £650, with a £325 deposit to start. Maintenance from £60 every 4–6 weeks.
And this is the part that matters most to the men who come in: one private room, one practitioner, and a conversation nobody else hears.
If it's been on your mind, the 10-minute suitability call is free and there's nothing to commit to at the end of it.

The treatment people ask about most — and understand least. Let's fix that.
PRF stands for platelet-rich fibrin. A small sample of your blood is taken and spun, separating out a fibrin matrix rich in your own platelets and growth factors. That's what goes into the scalp.
The difference between PRF and the PRP you've probably heard of is the fibrin itself. It forms a scaffold that releases those growth factors slowly, over days, rather than all at once — a longer, steadier signal to the follicle.
Nothing synthetic. Nothing in it that wasn't part of you twenty minutes earlier.
PRP or PRF — £175 a session, or a course of three for £495.
Which of the two suits you depends on your diagnosis, and that's what the consultation is for. It isn't the right answer for everyone, and I'll tell you plainly if it isn't the right answer for you.

"How many times a week should I wash my hair?"
One of the questions I'm asked most — and the honest answer is that there isn't a right number. 🚿
Here's what most advice misses: washing your hair isn't really about your hair. It's about your scalp. And your scalp is skin. It produces oil, sheds cells, and collects sweat, pollution and product. How quickly that happens is different for every single person.
Which is why "only wash once a week" and "daily washing is bad" are both useless as blanket rules.
Washing daily isn't damaging if that's what your scalp needs. A scalp left too long between washes can end up congested, itchy, flaky — and oilier, not less. That's not a good environment for hair to grow in.
Equally, forcing more washes than you need can leave the scalp dry and irritated.
Clean doesn't mean stripped. It means balanced.
So wash when your scalp tells you to, not when the internet does. And if your scalp is telling you something you can't interpret, that's what a consultation is for.
