Had the lovely Wendy in from Shampooches of Dereham Pet Groomers - dog grooming can out a strain on your back and posture, and sometimes a little TLC is needed!

✨ Followed by a nourishing caramel lip treatment to leave your lips feeling soft, smooth & beautifully conditioned

Just 5 extra minutes of gorgeousness. 💕

Now available to add when booking - just add the Lip Care to booking as well as your chosen facial

Bit of a personal non-work post today but let me introduce you to King Reddington!! He is one of my Golden Retrievers and this one is a DIVA!

He often has his own little treatments.. he uses paw balm, and genuinely loves his face and nose being massaged! I have honestly never known a dog like it 🤭 he would lay on his back and be pampered ALL DAY!

Anyone else have a diva doggy?

Little client love ❤️

🎃 THE SCARIEST THING ABOUT OCTOBER?

It’s waking up at 3am for absolutely no reason. 👻

The hot flushes.
The brain fog.
Your skin suddenly changing.
And the very sudden lack of patience for everyone’s nonsense. 😂

Yep… welcome to midlife.

October is Menopause Awareness Month, so this month at Embrace & Glow, I’m celebrating the women navigating it all. 🤍

✨ UPPER BODY GLOW | £55

60 minutes of massage, facial, facial massage & cooling ice globes.

And throughout October, you’ll also receive a FREE Midlife Self-Care Gift to take home:

🛁 Mini bath salts
☕ Hot chocolate
😌 Self-heating eye mask

Because sometimes you don’t need another thing on your to-do list…

You need an hour where nobody needs anything from you. 🤍

🌸 October is filling fast
