New week. Fresh start.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, make huge changes or suddenly become a completely different person by Monday morning.
Sometimes it’s just about taking one small step in the right direction.
One decision. One appointment booked. One thing ticked off the list. One little promise to yourself that you actually keep.
Those small steps add up.
