We’re looking for a qualified & insured nail tech or brow/lash tech to join our calm, considered studio space in Cardiff Bay.

This is a space designed for those who value:

2025 Recap 2.0

January - Started off the year strong perfecting natural hybrid and classic set, trying different styles and learning new techniques around eye shapes. Celebrated 2 years of Lashedbyedh

February - Celebrate Valentines & Galentines, fell back in love with lash lifts so booked another course for March to improve my skills to make sure I get the perfect lift every time

March - Left my full time job, went on 2 holidays to celebrate with family and my cousin, did a lash lift court with London Lash and I was all over lash lifts once again, was my absolute favourite treatment

April - Wedding season and summer was upon us, caught up with a long lost bestie who now has 2 beaut babies, started taking my skin care seriously and fell deeply in love with wispy lashes aswell as the lash lift. Was starting to feel like I found my niche

May - Summer was well and truly upon on, at the time this was my last summer in Portland house and god I am so grateful, me and Charl started looking for new places and oh did we fall in love with one !!

June - My birth month, one very busy month. Me and Charlotte Maisie Martin had secured our new studio and we were trying to find the perfect date to move whilst also trying to navigate a full clientele a busy social life and decorate the new place

July - The beginning of July was incredible but unfortunately ended up being the hardest month of my life, my little baby cousin died and I ended up having 0 social life and trying very hard to focus in work. We worked hard, took some time off and worked hard again

August - We celebrated Hugo’s life, met some gorgeous new clients and tried to get my head back in the game. This was the month of my boyfriends birthday too (oops soz Scott forgot your pics) but we had a lush time and that was a nice pick me up

September - Mom & Dad’s Bdays, we had a ball celebrating but it was a bit weird celebrating when things were so hard with the family, I did also go to my friends sister wedding and wow did they have the most beautiful day ! Got back to work slowly and fell right back in love with my job

October - Halloween month babyyy!! Started to take care of myself and really focused on getting the studio into the best place we could!

November - I enjoyed a trip to the Cotswolds with my besties and our boyfriends and London to see family and enjoy a nice calm time with them. I also convinced The Studio Nail Box to put up our Christmas Tree !

December - Christmas rush was in full swing and so was the flu….. first few days I was knocked out typically but then I was back - the team at the Studio Collective celebrated our first Christmas in the new studio and we had loads of presents and gifts from all our clients and also to!

Here is to 2026! I’m looking forward to every moment, I will be training in some new bits very soon 👀
