I help women reconnect with themselves through gentle yoga, restorative retreats, sound baths and one-to-one coaching. I can’t wait to welcome you. Sarah

Somewhere between work…

Family…

The endless to-do lists…

Looking after everyone else…

It’s easy to lose sight of yourself.

That’s why everything I offer has one purpose.

Helping women come back to themselves.

Whether that’s through yoga…

A retreat…

A sound bath…

Or coaching…

The destination is always the same.

A calmer mind.

A softer nervous system.

A woman who remembers who she is.

I hate Cat-Cow.” 🧘‍♀️

A lady said this to me in class a few weeks ago.

She smiled as she said it, almost apologetically.

My response?

Ooh

Because yoga isn’t about forcing yourself into movements that don’t feel right.

It’s about becoming aware.

Listening.

Learning what your body enjoys and what it doesn’t.

Some people love Cat-Cow.

Some people find Child’s Pose deeply comforting.

Others can’t wait for Savasana.

There isn’t a right or wrong.

One of the things I hope women learn in my classes is to stop asking:

“What should I be feeling?”

And start asking:

“What am I feeling?”

That small shift changes everything.

It teaches us to trust ourselves.

To honour our own bodies.

To realise that yoga isn’t about copying someone else’s experience.

It’s about discovering your own.

And perhaps that’s a lesson we can take off the mat too. 💚

5 women have already said yes to this.

11 spaces left for a retreat day that’s genuinely just for you.

No agenda. No rushing. Just four and a half hours to breathe, rest and come back to yourself.

Maybe you’re not lazy.

Maybe you’re just exhausted.

Maybe your nervous system has been running on high alert for so long that you’ve forgotten what calm actually feels like.

We often think we need to push harder.

Do more.

Keep going.

But sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause.

That’s why I love gentle yoga, deep relaxation and creating spaces where women can simply breathe again.

Your body isn’t working against you.

It’s asking you to listen.

This August, I’m taking a whole month off.

Not because I don’t love my work.

I absolutely do.

But because I built my business with the intention of creating a life that feels calm, balanced and aligned with what matters most.

A few years ago, I was working in jobs that left me exhausted, dreaming of having more freedom.

This August I’ve rented a beautiful barn in Hay-on-Wye.

No big plans.

Just books, walks, coffee, nature and space to breathe.

As I packed my bag today, I realised…

This is exactly what I hope for the women who come to my classes, retreats and coaching.

Not necessarily a whole month off.

But a life where you don’t have to earn your rest.

Where slowing down isn’t a luxury.

It’s part of living well.

First morning in Hay. ☀️📚

One of the things I’ve become much better at is creating space before filling it.

A coffee.

A good book.

A journal.

No rush.

No agenda.

Just time to notice.

It’s often in these quiet moments that the best ideas arrive.

Not because we’re chasing them…

But because we’ve finally become still enough to hear them.

As life gets busier again over the coming weeks, I’m reminding myself that slowing down isn’t wasted time.

Sometimes it’s exactly what helps us move forward with more clarity.

Where do you find your quiet moments? 💚

A little reminder that rest is productive too… 💚

This August I’m doing something I never imagined I’d be able to do…

I’m taking the whole month off.

Not because I’m walking away from my business, but because I’ve built a business that allows me to step back, breathe and refill my own cup.

I’ll be spending time in a beautiful barn in Hay-on-Wye, surrounded by nature, books and space to simply slow down.

Years ago I was working in an office, dreaming of a different way of living.

Now I’m living it.

Sometimes we become so focused on the next goal that we forget to celebrate how far we’ve already come.

Wherever you are today, I hope you can take a moment to acknowledge your own journey too.

Sarah 💚

What are you most looking forward to this August?

One thing surprises people after a coaching session…

They realise I haven’t told them what to do.

Instead…

They’ve found the answer themselves.

That’s because I truly believe you already know.

My role isn’t to fix you.

It’s to ask the questions that help you reconnect with yourself.

Those moments when someone suddenly stops and says…

“Oh… that’s it.”

They’re my favourite part of coaching.

OVERWHELM TIP ✨

One thing I’m noticing again and again with my coaching clients is this…

They’re coming to me feeling overwhelmed.

Not just busy — but mentally full, emotionally stretched, and constantly trying to hold everything together.

And when we slow it down, it’s rarely just about the to-do list.

It’s the pressure.
The expectations.
The feeling that they can’t drop anything without everything falling apart.

So we come back to something simple:

“What actually needs my attention right now?”

Not everything.
Not the whole life plan.
Just this moment.

This is the work we do in my coaching — creating space inside the overwhelm so things feel possible again 💛
