Let’s catch up on what happened in last week’s episode… “Err…Where is Everyone?” 🙌
Alex Ledecky is desperate for money to pay for his dream house, His employee, Alistair Bagworth, has a difficult relationship with his wealthy father so they feel it’s ok to steal from him.
At the father’s mansion, they locate a horde of 90’s toys and artefacts… which Alex insists is worth a fortune.
At the bottom of the Newtown cliffs all of the people pushed off by Constance Sugar and Simpkins are trying to survive. Dr Aaron Tempest has disappeared and they presume he has swum away.
Jannelle Po***ck and Tracey Fish bond whilst giving Rev Peter Knight a makeover and vow to go into business together if they escape.
Dick and Krissie are growing increasingly close but Roy and Peter have had enough. They both set out into the sea looking for help…but the Newtown current is notoriously strong and too late Roy discovers he isn’t as fit as he thought he was…
Back in Newtown Constance and Simpkins are trying to get on with their political ambitions but Vicky Entwhistle is growing increasingly suspicious.
She has realised that Tracey, Jannelle, Dick, Roy and Peter are missing and no longer believes that her fiancé Aaron has run away to Bali with Krissie when she discovers his passport.
She reports Aaron as missing and confronts Simpkins.
To distract her, Constance buys up some prime real estate for Vicky to sell…but Vicky is determined to uncover the truth!

Happy birthday to Holly Meechan 🎉
Yesterday, Holly came along to our workshop for some birthday fun, and a well-earned break from her teething little one!
We had a brilliant session exploring emotional change and different approaches to storytelling, drawing on ideas from Keith Johnstone and Kurt Vonnegut.
We played with silent scenes, as well as scenes where two completely different narratives are happening at the same time. Think: having an argument about whether loading or unloading the dishwasher is more work… while also trying to escape from a haunted house. 👻🍽️
Exactly the sort of ridiculous combination we love.
So much fun and a very happy birthday to Holly!
