And something that made our hearts especially happy…

More than half of our beautiful guests were joining us for the VERY first time. 🥹

To see new faces arrive and then watch everyone soften, open, release and reconnect throughout the day was so incredibly special.

Holding space for a group like this is intense. It takes energy, presence and a whole lot of heart. And yes… we were exhausted afterwards! 😂

But when you love what you do, somehow the love you pour out comes right back to you. ✨

It’s a full harvest moon tonight 🌕

You can make moon water in any lidded clear container, you can just fill it up and pop it outside but this one is extra special and I’ve filled it with my intentions ❤️

If you are making charged moon water without all the floaty bits (lol) you can drink it, feed it to your plants, use it for making any lotions and potions, wash your face with it…. Anything you’d do with regular water but it’s been charged with the power of the full moon 🙌🏼

Busy season is upon us at ZenEssence 🙌🏼 so we are trying to get ahead of the game 🤣
