Yesterday on holiday I woke up with a very swollen and painful eye and wasn’t feeling too good. I managed to get some antibiotic cream from the pharmacy, so hopefully it’ll start healing soon.
I may look a little funny at work with hardly any lashes on one eye but I’ve had to remove them because of the pain!
Still going to push through and get back to work because that’s just me unless I’m bedridden, I’m working 💪🏼

Now it’s time for a whole week with my hubby, to completely let my hair down, switch off and enjoy some much needed time together

When I actually stop and think about how far I’ve come, it honestly makes me emotional❤️
I started working from home for a year, then took the scary step of renting a room at King Square. A year later, I took on a whole floor, decorated it from top to bottom and turned it into a space that felt completely mine.
At the time, I don’t think I realised just how much of a journey I was on. I was just working hard, learning, growing and trying to build something I could be proud of.
This year has been different for me. For the first time since starting my aesthetics journey, I haven’t done any courses. And honestly, that’s because I needed to stop for a minute and actually enjoy my life.
I realised I was so focused on constantly improving, learning and pushing my business forward that I wasn’t always stopping to appreciate what I had already achieved.
So this year I’ve made more time for me and my family. ❤️ And I’m so glad I did.
Because success isn’t just about how big your business becomes, how many courses you’ve completed or how busy your diary is.
It’s about being able to look around and think… I built this.
And one thing I absolutely love is having my nail queen sharing my floor with me. 🥰 We really are two peas in a pod and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better person to share my little space with. She’s just amazing, and I’m so lucky to have her ❤️ Nail Serenity

To every single person working their arse off to build their own business I salute you ❤️ It’s bloody hard. There are sacrifices, doubts, long days and moments when you wonder if it’s all worth it.
But when you look back and see how far you’ve come, it really is one of the most rewarding feelings in the world.
I’m so proud of B Unique.
I’m proud of the woman who started it.
And I’m proud of the woman I’ve become along the way. ❤️
And maybe, just maybe, success is also knowing when to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the life you worked so hard to create✨

Hi everyone! Just wanted to jump on and say that I’ve already started getting bookings in for November and December, so please make sure you book at least 2 weeks before any important events such as Christmas parties, work dos, nights out etc 🎄✨
This is just to allow plenty of time for any possible bruising, swelling and for everything to fully settle and heal so you’re looking your absolute best for your event ❤️
Once I’m back from holiday, I’ll be putting together an official post with each treatment and how far in advance I recommend booking.
I’ll also have some Christmas offers running from 1st November throughout December 🎁✨ And if you’ve already booked, don’t worry you’ll still be able to take advantage of the offers!

When your client is an injury specialist and she comes to see me for her treatments… and then works her magic on me! 🥰
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 13 years ago, I’ve got two bulging discs, and I’ve also had carpal tunnel surgery. Every now and again I get a flare up, and today it was my neck, shoulder, arm and hand, as well as one side of my lower back.
Honestly, it bloody killed! 😂 I kept trying to wiggle off the bed, but wow… the relief I felt afterwards was second to none.
