We’ve tried to avoid doing this for as long as possible because we’ve always liked to keep things relaxed and based on trust with our clients. However, from today we will now be taking a deposit for all colour appointments.

Thankfully, no-shows and last-minute cancellations don’t happen very often, but when they do, a colour appointment can take up a large part of the day. If somebody cancels at the last minute or simply doesn’t turn up, there’s very little chance of us filling that space.

So… I’ve finally had to bite the bullet and join everyone else with their terms and conditions 😂 I don’t like being a sheep 🐑, but unfortunately it’s become necessary!

❤️ If you already have a colour appointment booked, don’t worry. Your appointment will be honoured this time without a deposit. When booking your next colour appointment, a deposit will be required to secure your slot.

We really appreciate everyone who turns up, gives us plenty of notice if plans change and continues to support our little salon. It genuinely means a lot to us.
