This is Indian Head Massage & it is genuinely at the heart of Therapy From Within & one of my absolute favourite treatments to give. I bang on & on about it being the most popular but it is & for a very good reason 🥹

Working across the scalp, head, neck & shoulders. It’s perfect if you’re carrying tension, feeling mentally overloaded, struggling to properly unwind or simply craving some time where you don’t have to do anything for anybody else.

A lot of my treatments have been specially adapted by me to help those who struggle with frequent headaches, migraines & chronic pain conditions. I have a lot of understanding through my own lived experience with these in my own health & love to help others through this 💙

Vicky will be bringing something beautifully spiritual to the space mainly on Wednesdays offering Angelic Reiki healing via Vicky Ward 🪽✨️

Angelic Reiki is a powerful energy healing practice working with the highest energies of the Angelic Realm. Each treatment is completely individual, giving you the opportunity to step away from everyday life, deeply relax, reconnect & simply receive. ✨

During your treatment, you remain fully clothed & comfortable while Vicky acts as a bridge for the Angelic Reiki healing energy. Everyone experiences it differently - you may feel warmth, tingling, see colours or simply experience a beautiful sense of deep stillness. 🤍

🧘‍♀️ SOUND BATHS ARE BACK ✨

My monthly The Zen Den wellbeing sessions have taken a little pause over the last few months due to summer etc but like many others, I was SO devastated to be told our wonderful venue had to close its doors. 🤍

It wasn't just a beautiful space, it was somewhere that brought together therapists, healers, teachers & so many incredible people within our community. It will be deeply missed. 😪

But as the saying goes... when one door closes, another opens. ✨

I'm so excited & incredibly grateful to share that my lovely friend Jen at Jen Jane has kindly opened the doors to her beautiful healing cabin for these sessions. 🥹🤍

Nestled away in Kempston (near to the fire station) - it's the most peaceful, cosy little sanctuary. The moment you step inside, you can feel the warmth of the space. Soft lighting, super comfy beds (no bad backs 🤣) plus the most calming energy... it's the perfect place for us to take a moment for ourselves, relax, switch off & heal.

Sessions are much smaller & intimate 🤍

A huge thank you to Jen for welcoming me into such a special space & allowing this next chapter to begin. I honestly can't wait to share it with you all. 🫶🏻

For August & September, I'll be trialling a mixture of daytime, evening & weekend sessions to see what works best so hopefully there's something for everyone. 🙌🏻

We spend so much of our lives feeling guilty for putting ourselves first.

One of the things I hear all the time is...
"As soon as I walk up the stairs, I can smell your room!" 🤍

The answer? Most of the time... it's not a candle at all. It's the beautiful massage oils I use throughout my treatments 🥹

I spent a long time finding an oil that not only feels luxurious on the skin but also creates that beautiful spa-like atmosphere the moment you walk through the door.

My blend is made of a mix with nourishing sweet almond oil, combined with a carefully selected mix of essential oils including lavender, mandarin & ylang ylang 🌿🍊

The result is a warm, uplifting yet deeply calming aroma that instantly makes people exhale.

It's one of those little details that helps transform a treatment into an experience. From the moment you arrive, I want you to feel like you've stepped away from the outside world and into your own little sanctuary 🤍

One thing I often hear when people are considering an Indian Head Massage is...
"But what about my hair?" 🙈

And honestly, I completely understand. If I was coming into town for a treatment and then had to walk around afterwards, I 100% think the same thing!

Whilst a little oil can be used during some treatments, I always want you to leave feeling comfortable and confident.

That's why you'll find clean, sanitised brushes available for your use, along with brand new hairbands that you're welcome to use and take home with you ✨

They're only small touches, but I hope they help you relax and fully enjoy your treatment without worrying about what your hair might look like afterwards 🫶🏻

Because your appointment should be about switching off, not stressing about your hairstyle 🤍
