Hair is a commitment from the minute you walk in, and as soon as you walk out. It requires the correct care, maintenance and products.

• Why should you book maintenance appointments?

While your products at home will help to look after and protect your colour, it cannot brighten or touch up your hair. To keep your hair looking how it did when you left, you will require some kind of maintenance.

Low maintenance does not mean no maintenance. It’s just as important to look after your low maintenance colour as it is for high maintenance. This might be a toner, gloss, or treatment. All hair will fade. Don’t wait months between appointments.

READ - POLICIES REMINDER
PATCH TESTS - All chemical services require a patch test. You must ensure that you have had one within the last six months with us. Come in at LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. No patch test means no appointment.

BOOKING - Every appointment requires a 50% non refundable deposit to secure and confirm your appointment. If you want to cancel/reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours notice we require the total cost of your appointment. This is due to time being lost, and taking up a space that somebody else could’ve booked in. The Same applies to no shows.

COLOUR - Please remember to book a blowdry with your appointment. We dry all colours to check and correct when necessary.
