Good morning everyone 🐾 another gentle reminder please be patient and kind. I not only have to run a business but have a young family with lots of commitments . Planning parties now on to the actual birthday.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. I am currently working through a high volume of messages and appointment requests, with many many clients I am trying to accommodate around available spaces and times.

As a lone groomer, I always strive to fit everyone in as soon as possible and will respond to all messages over the next couple of days. I truly appreciate your understanding during this particularly busy period.

A gentle reminder to please rebook your future appointments in advance to avoid disappointment, as availability is becoming limited at this busy time of year.

☀️🐾 Important Heatwave Notice 🐾☀️

With temperatures forecast to reach 36°C on Tuesday, the welfare and safety of your dogs is my top priority.

Please ensure your dog has access to plenty of fresh water and avoid walking them during the hottest parts of the day. Pavements can become dangerously hot and may burn paws.

If your dog is booked in for grooming, please make sure they are transported in a cool, well-ventilated vehicle where possible. I will be taking extra precautions throughout the day to keep all dogs comfortable and safe.

If the extreme temperatures do occur as forecast, I may need to cancel grooming appointments at short notice. This decision will be made purely in the interest of the dogs’ welfare and safety. Any affected appointments will be rearranged as soon as possible.

As a small independent business, paying by cash helps reduce card processing fees, meaning more of your payment goes directly towards running and growing the business, maintaining equipment, and providing the best care for your dogs.

Card and bank transfer payments are still accepted, but if you’re able to pay by cash, it is always my preferred method of payment.

Wanting a long coat for your dog? A regular grooming schedule is a must!!
This is what will happen without regular baths & brushing . Using incorrect brushes and lack of regular brushing will result in severe matting. I last saw this dog in September!
For the welfare of this dog the coat was shaved on a 7fc .
