Because the husband said I’m “crushing” it. 🥹

Breastfeeding has been the most humbling experience — one that’s tested my body, my patience and my heart, but taught me just how much love can carry you through. Almost 9 months in and it’s stripped away every expectation I had and replaced it with pure, unconditional love.

I thought I wouldn’t last past a few months because of low supply, but I was determined to give everything I had to protect him with every ounce of nourishment I could give. I’ll miss latching him, the closeness of those middle-of-the-night feeds and the way he looks at me like I am his safe haven.

Seeing this last bit of breastmilk makes me sad but I know I’ve given him everything I had and that’s something I’ll always be proud of. And the funny part is that these days, those final 15ml pumps have found a new job: stirred into his overnight oats. 😆

I miss my long hair 🥲

After five diaper brands, we finally found the one. 🌙

Finding a diaper that could keep up with Ander through the night took more trial and error than I expected. Recommendations from fellow mums, close friends’ favourites and even the ones many of you swore by just didn’t work for us, especially when Ander was in between sizes.
