Organizational Profile & Presentation Summary
Presented at PRN Office – March 2026
1. Introduction
The Poverty Reduction Network (PRN) is a non-profit organization established on July 11, 2023, and registered under the Gambella Regional State. PRN works to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities through sustainable development, peacebuilding, and economic empowerment initiatives.
Today’s meeting is conducted in collaboration with Imokomoko International Organization to strengthen partnership and coordination on ongoing and future development activities.
2. Vision (2030)
A poverty-free, peaceful, and self-reliant society where all communities have equal access to opportunities, basic services, and sustainable livelihoods by the year 2030.
3. Mission
To empower vulnerable communities through:
Poverty reduction programs
Capacity building and skills development

Meeting Report
The leadership of Poverty Reduction Network (PRN) held a discussion today at the PRN office with the local Nuer language reporter, Diw Wuol Gach.
The meeting focused on preparing and coordinating the announcement schedule for the 2026 Ethiopian 7th General Election. The discussion covered how public announcements will be delivered to the community starting from March 7, 2026, until the final election day on June 1, 2026.
The objective of the discussion was to ensure that communities in the Nuer areas receive clear and timely information about voter registration, civic awareness, and participation in the national election process.
