What are the complications of tuberosis removing the upper wisdom tooth:

1) Oro-Antral Communication - OAC:
This is the bigger danger, as the roof of this bone area is often the floor of the Maxillary Sinus. If the fracture is large, the mouth cavity may open up the nasal pocket, causing breathing problems or fluids from the nose.

2) Acute Bleeding (Hemorrhage):
The area contains important blood vessels (such as the great palatine artery), and fracture of the bone may result in controllable bleeding with cotton only.

3) Delayed healing :
Due to the loss of part of the bone and a large empty space, the wound may take longer to heal.

4) Problems with fitting braces in the future:
Losing this hinge makes the jaw "flat" from the back, making it difficult to stabilize mobile braces later on.

If there is contact with the nasal pocket, a Suturing court should be performed to close the wound immediately.
