All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

LIVING :Living the real Life

Knowing the truth is not enough — LIVE the truth.
Living your religion is not merely speaking about faith — it is putting your faith into action.
Living is not the absence of problems — it is remaining steadfast through problems.
Standing when everyone supports you is not the greatest test — the real test is standing with integrity even when no one understands you.
Life sometimes tests your truth through pressure, your faith through doubt, your patience through hardship, and your heart through people's opinions.
At such moments, the question is not only:
“Who is standing with me?”
The deeper question is:
“Am I standing with the truth?”
History has repeatedly shown us people who endured extraordinary circumstances while holding on to meaning, conviction and principle. Viktor Frankl, drawing from his experience in N**i concentration camps, taught about the human search for meaning even in extreme suffering. Martin Luther King Jr. demonstrated a form of principled resistance rooted in faith, love, discipline and nonviolence.
The lesson is simple:
Do not sell your truth.
Do not abandon your faith.
Do not collapse under hardship.
Do not deny yourself because of social pressure.
But remember this too:
Do not use “my truth” as a reason to hurt others.
Truth needs wisdom.
Faith needs love.
Strength needs self-control.
Patience needs endurance.
Truth + Faith + Perseverance + Wisdom + Love = A Life Truly Lived
Ask yourself today:
Do I live what I say?
Do I practice what I believe?
Who am I when I am tested?
Would I still do what is right if nobody saw me?
Can I protect my values without losing compassion for others?
Because…
Living is not simply passing through the years.
Living is demonstrating your values through your actions every day.
Live the truth.
Live your faith.
Stand with wisdom.
Live with love.
Persevere through trials.
Protect your values without destroying others.
Let your life become a lesson for others.

Knowing the truth is one thing; living the truth is another level.

A LEGACY OF SERVICE & HUMANITY — አሻራ ለትውልድ 🇪🇹

From 13–15 Nehase 2018 E.C., Eka Kotebe Hospital proudly supported the Ethiopian National Dialogue by providing free medical screening, health counseling, preventive services, and health education to more than 4,000 participants and members of the Ethiopian Civil Service University community. Through a dedicated multidisciplinary team, the hospital provided screening for hypertension, diabetes, cervical and breast cancer, ophthalmologic and dermatologic conditions, infectious diseases, and other priority health concerns—bringing healthcare beyond the hospital walls and closer to the people. More than a three-day outreach, this was a meaningful contribution to a historic national process and a powerful expression of professionalism, compassion, volunteerism, public service, and social responsibility. Every professional who served contributed not only expertise and time, but also a lasting institutional አሻራ—a legacy of compassion, excellence, and service to the nation. Our service. Our commitment. Our legacy. አገልግሎት በርህራሄ፣ በጎ ፈቃድ በዓላማ፣ ጤና ለሁሉም። 🇪🇹❤️ #አሻራ
