Just wanted to write a quick post to remind everyone about our policies at Beauty Hour By Ebony! I hate to have to do this reminder but as I have had a lot of cancellations or complete no shows it is necessary!

This time of year is crazy for everyone myself included so please ensure if you’re cannot make your appointment you give me no less than 24 hours notice otherwise a 50% fee will be required from you and I will not reschedule you until this is paid 😊

Please note being 15 minutes late to your appointment will be an automatic cancellation resulting in the 50% fee as I then have not enough time to complete your appointment before my next! X
