PCOS has scared way too many women into believing their fertility is broken.

It isn’t.

And here’s what makes this even crazier: PCOS is now PMOS. The name changed in 2026 because this condition was never simply about “cysts.”

You can have PMOS without polycystic ovaries.
You can have regular periods and still have ovulatory dysfunction.
And a PMOS diagnosis does not automatically mean IVF. Current international guidelines recommend ovulation induction first when anovulation is the issue and there are no other infertility factors.

Your diagnosis is information. Not a fertility sentence.

Send this to the woman who was made to feel like PCOS decided her fertility story for her.

And if that woman is you, DM me PMOS. ❤️

Low AMH. 3 letters that can make a woman question everything about her fertility.

But I want you to understand what that number is actually telling you.

AMH gives us information about your ovarian reserve. It does NOT tell us whether you can or cannot get pregnant naturally.

And it certainly doesn’t tell me everything I need to know about YOU.

I want to look at your ovulation, your hormones, your nutrition, your metabolic health, your history, your partner’s s***m and everything else that might be influencing your fertility.

Because I’m not here to coach a number on a lab report.

I’m here to understand your biology and help you figure out what deserves our attention.

And no, we’re not going to waste precious time chasing an AMH number while ignoring everything else.

DM me PLAN.

Tell me your age, your AMH and how long you’ve been trying.

Let’s start with YOUR fertility picture. ❤️

You’ve done the tests.

You’ve followed the protocols.

Maybe you’ve even done IUI or IVF.

And you’re still not pregnant.

At some point, “just keep trying” or “let’s do another round” stops feeling like a real answer.

Because if treatment hasn’t worked, or if everything keeps coming back “normal,” you deserve to understand what else may be affecting your fertility.

Your cycle.

Your hormones.

Your thyroid.

Your metabolic health.

Your nutrition.

Your sleep.

Your stress.

Your environment.

Your partner’s fertility.

The whole picture.

I don’t believe the answer is always another procedure.

Sometimes the next step is stepping back, connecting the dots, and understanding what your body may actually need.

Not more random supplements.

Not more Googling.

Not another generic fertility checklist.

A strategy built around YOU.

If you’ve done everything you were told to do and you’re still asking:

What now?

DM me PLAN.

Tell me where you are in your fertility journey.

Trying to conceive can feel incredibly lonely.

Even when you have a partner.
Even when you have a doctor.
Even when everyone around you keeps telling you to “stay positive.”

Because at the end of the day, you’re often the one carrying the mental load.

Tracking.
Researching.
Questioning.
Analyzing every symptom.
Wondering if you’re doing enough.
Wondering if you’re missing something.

And honestly, one of my favorite things my clients tell me is:

“I finally feel like somebody is in this with me.”

That matters to me.

Because I don’t want to hand you a protocol and disappear.

I want to know your story.
I want to know what changed this month.
I want to help you understand what matters right now and what we do next.

And on the days when you’re tired, scared, or losing faith in your body, sometimes my job is simply to hold the belief for you until you can feel it again.

That’s what I mean when I say I’m your fertility co pilot.

You are still in the pilot seat.

But you don’t have to navigate all of this alone.

If that’s what you’ve been missing, DM me PLAN and tell me where you are in your fertility journey.

I’ve spent enough years of my life thinking that if I just tried harder, moved faster, proved more, gave more… I could make things happen.

And sometimes, that works.

But some of the biggest things in my life have taught me the opposite.

I cannot force timing.
I cannot control other people.
I cannot guarantee the outcome.

What I can do is keep becoming.

Keep building my life.
Keep choosing myself.
Keep showing up for the woman I want to be.
Keep living while I wait.

That part has changed everything for me.

I don’t chase.
I become.

I don’t force.
I prepare.

And I refuse to disappear inside the waiting.

You probably don’t need another podcast.

Another supplement list.

Another article telling you the “10 things” you should be doing for your fertility.

You probably already know a LOT.

The harder part is knowing:

What actually matters for me?

What should I focus on first?

What can I stop worrying about?

What needs more investigation?

And what is just creating noise?

Information can be helpful.

But information without context can also leave you more overwhelmed than when you started.

At some point, the goal is not to know more.

It’s to know what matters for YOU, and what to do next.

If you’re trying to get pregnant and feel buried under fertility information, DM me PLAN.

Fertility can make the smartest woman in the room stop trusting herself.

At first, you’re just looking for answers.

Then suddenly every decision feels loaded.

You research.
You compare.
You ask more questions.
You look at the app.
The labs.
The doctor.
The forums.
The next opinion.

And somewhere along the way, you can become incredibly informed… while becoming increasingly disconnected from your own judgment.

That is the part we do not talk about enough.

Getting support is not the problem.

Losing yourself inside the support is.

The way I work is different.

You stay in the pilot seat of your fertility journey.

I help you navigate the data, the decisions, the options, and the noise so you can make informed choices that still feel like yours.

If that is the kind of support you are looking for, DM me PLAN.

A low AMH result can feel like someone just handed you a countdown clock.

But AMH is information.

It is not a verdict.

It can help us understand ovarian reserve and how your ovaries may respond to fertility treatment, but it does not measure egg quality and it cannot tell you whether you will conceive naturally.

So yes, pay attention to the number.

But don’t let the number become your identity.

There is so much more to your fertility story than one lab result.

And if you’re trying to get pregnant, come follow The Fertility Solution | Fertility. I’m sharing much more of my fertility education there. 🤍

A lot of our suffering comes from reacting to a story as if it were a fact.

They didn’t text back.

They’re upset with me.

She was quiet.

She doesn’t like me.

He seemed distant.

Something is wrong.

Notice how quickly the brain fills in the blank.

And then we don’t react to what actually happened.

We react to what we decided it meant.

This is one of the most useful questions I know when you feel yourself getting triggered:

What do I actually KNOW… and what am I adding?

Then force your brain to come up with 3 other explanations.

Not because one of them is necessarily true.

But because it reminds you that your first interpretation isn’t automatically reality.

That tiny space between what happened and what you made it mean?

There is so much freedom there.

Save this one.

You will need it the next time your brain writes an entire screenplay from 1 unanswered text. 😏

YOUR BRAIN IS TRYING TO PROTECT YOU. IT JUST DOESN’T ALWAYS KNOW WHEN TO STOP.

Sometimes anxiety looks like planning.

Rehearsing every possible outcome.
Preparing for every conversation.
Trying to solve problems that have not happened yet.

It feels productive.

But often, it is just your nervous system asking for certainty where certainty does not exist.

So come back to what is actually true.

What is happening right now?

Not tomorrow.
Not next month.
Not the version your brain has already written 47 chapters about.

Right now.

You do not need to solve every possible future before you are allowed to feel okay in the present.

A thought is not a fact.

Fear is not a prediction.

And uncertainty does not mean danger.

Save this for the next time your mind starts racing.

And send it to someone whose brain could use this reminder today.
