Massage therapists: do you give the feet and legs enough time in your sessions? 🦶
In my method, foot and leg work is never a quick add-on. I start with the sole and toes, move through the ankle and Achilles area, and finish with the calves — deep body-weight pressure, followed by soothing strokes so the client leaves with light, relaxed legs.

What makes a massage technique truly effective — pressure, movement, or the way everything comes together?
After more than 20 years of working with clients, I've developed my own approach to full-body massage.
My signature method combines elements of traditional Thai massage, classical European massage, and deep tissue techniques.
But the most important part isn't any single movement.
It's the structure of the entire session: how I prepare the tissues, introduce pressure, use my body weight, transition between muscle groups, and adapt each technique to the client's response.
I often begin with rhythmic compressions through a towel before moving into oil-based massage and more focused deep tissue work.
I also incorporate gentle stretching and post-isometric relaxation when appropriate.
