Rena's Headwear

Not everyone who smiles with you is genuinely happy for you.
Some people will clap for you in public and secretly hope you fail.
That’s why you must learn to trust God, mind your business and keep moving

There is a level of peace that comes from God that no human being can give you.
It is the kind of peace that remains even when everything around you is uncertain.
The kind that makes you sleep peacefully when you have every reason to worry.

Happy new week my people 🙏🙏🙏

One of the most important things to consider while choosing a small fascinator is your personality. This one matters most. Choose something that makes you look in the mirror and say "YES, THIS IS ME"

In business, honesty is non-negotiable.

Don’t accept an order knowing fully well that you cannot deliver on time just because you don’t want to lose the customer.

Be honest about your capacity and delivery time. Customers may understand a delay when you communicate it, but they will remember being disappointed.

A sale is good, but trust is better. Build a business people can rely on.

Aunty, please tell me what exactly are you trying to achieve?

You order a fascinator, say you’re scared to send money, so I find someone around you to deliver. You collect it before paying and say, “No problem.”

We do the work and send it…

Next thing, your number is no longer going through!

Aunty, please, what was the plan? 😂 😂 😂

If you don’t have the money, just be honest. Don’t make us regret trusting you. 🙏🏽

We are grateful 🙏🙏🙏

The joy I get when a customer says, “I’ll get back to you” and actually comes back to place an order…

Honestly, it knows no bounds!

It means you remembered me. It means you trusted me. It means you chose to come back. And for a small business owner, that means EVERYTHING!

To every customer who has ever come back to patronize Rena’s Headwear, thank you for your trust and support.

We don’t take it for granted! 🙏🙏🙏
