Just as we’d finally learned to always rinse micellar water off, Clémence et Vivien surprised us with one you can use with or without rinsing 😉 How cool is that?

Micellar water - what is it?

Most (read: conventional) micellar waters are made by dispersing a low percentage of surfactant (a cleansing ingredient you’d find in cleansing gels and foams) in water. That’s why it shouldn’t be treated as a toner (i.e. a leave-in product), but as something that has to be rinsed off the skin.

Dara’s water is made differently. Rather than mixing water and surfactants, it’s made with Maltooligosyl Glucoside, a natural sugar with cleansing properties, plus Saccharide Isomerate, another plant-derived sugar that acts like a water magnet on the skin, it keeps your skin hydrated even after cleansing.

And if cleansing weren’t enough, this Dara’s micellar water also has added organic oat and rose extracts, both custom-made which soothe the skin and also regulate excess oil production making it perfect for mixed, mature and sensitive skin.
