Cosmic Energy Massage & Healing

Happy Thanksgiving! 🧡

Whether you’re spending time with family, connecting with friends, or enjoying a quiet day at home, take a moment to slow down and appreciate the little things.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and happy Thanksgiving! 🍂

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

Today we remember the children and families impacted by residential schools, and we honour the Indigenous communities who continue to carry and heal from these experiences.

May we continue to listen, learn, remember, and make space for healing — for individuals, families, and communities.

🧡 Every Child Matters 🧡

✨ OH MY GOSH. ✨

I was so sad about summer ending that I completely forgot that September 4th was my THREE YEAR BUSINESS ANNIVERSARY! 😭💜

Three years of Cosmic Energy Massage & Healing! 🌙✨

I genuinely feel SO grateful to have some of the best clients. Without you, I wouldn’t be able to continue doing the work that I love so much. 🥹

I truly believe you attract the people who are meant to find you, and I LOVE my clients. You are the heart of this business. 💜

So, as a little thank you for being here and supporting my business, I’m giving away a 30-minute ONLINE card reading! 🔮✨

And yes — that means my out-of-province people can enter too! 🙌

💫 HOW TO ENTER:

✨ Follow me on Facebook & Instagram
✨ Like this post ❤️
✨ Tag your friends in the comments for additional entries! (Each tag = another entry!)

🎉 Winner will be announced October 1st!

The reading will be done online, unless you’re in the Saskatoon area and would prefer to come in person. 💜

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for being here, booking appointments, sharing my posts, recommending me to your people, coming to events, and supporting this little business of mine.

I am so incredibly grateful for every single one of you. 🥹💜✨

Here’s to three years — and whatever cosmic adventures come next! 🌙⭐️

✨ My schedule is officially OPEN until December 17! ✨

If you’ve been meaning to book your next massage, this is your sign to get it on the calendar. 💆‍♀️💫

As we get closer to the end of the year, things tend to get BUSY in the massage world — especially with people looking to use up their extended health benefits before they reset. 🎄

And a little heads up: my later afternoon and evening appointments tend to go FAST. ⏰

The best way to make sure you get the day and time that works for you is to pre-book your appointments ahead of time rather than waiting until you need one. 💜

I’ll also be taking some well-deserved time off over the Christmas season, so my December availability will be a little more limited. 🎅✨

Take care of future you and get that appointment booked! 🫶

🍂 A new season is here — and it’s a great time to come back to yourself.

As the seasons change, it can be the perfect little reminder to slow down, reset your routine, and make some room for self-care.

I have a few massage appointments available this week:

✨ Wednesday, Sept 23 — 1:45 PM
✨ Thursday, Sept 24 — 12:30 PM
✨ Monday, Sept 28 — 1:00 PM
60, 75 or 90 minutes available

Whether your body needs some extra attention, you’ve been carrying a little too much tension, or you simply want to make yourself a priority again — there’s no better time to build massage into your routine.

Come tune out the noise and tune back into yourself. ✨

I was sitting here thinking, “I should probably post something…” 🤔

I’ve been a little MIA on social media lately. Minimal posting. Minimal reels. Definitely not following any kind of carefully curated content strategy.

And then I started thinking about myself as a business owner and all the things that probably make me a “bad” business owner. 😂

📱 I’m terrible at replying to messages in a timely manner.
Sometimes I see your message, think “I’ll answer that when I have a minute,” and then suddenly it’s three days later and I’m wondering how time works.

📆 I’m not always consistent with posting.
I’ll have 12 ideas, post five things in one week, disappear for a bit, and then come back like nothing happened. 🤷‍♀️

🧠 I have WAY too many ideas.
Massage. Reiki. Sound healing. Tarot. Astrology. Sound baths. Collaborations. Paddle adventures. New equipment. New services. New events… so many ideas so little motivation. 😴

At this point I’m not even sure I have a business. I have a creative laboratory. (Which is honestly so fun! 🤩)

🫠 I overthink things. A LOT.

🎶 I will happily spend hours learning something new, playing with my tarot cards or planning a creative event (that may or may not happen 😅) when there is probably an email sitting somewhere that I should have answered.

🫠 And sometimes I’m just winging it.

Which brings me to this picture. 😂

This is me after receiving a massage, hair completely wild, looking nothing like the polished, perfectly put-together Instagram business owner you might expect to see.

And honestly? I love it.

Because this is real life.

I’m not always polished.
I don’t always have the perfect content strategy.
I don’t always answer my messages right away.

I’m learning as I go. I’m building something that feels like me. And I’m trying to leave a little room for creativity, imperfection and being a human while I do it.

So maybe I’m not the perfect business owner.

But I think I’m okay with being a messy, authentic one. 💛✨

Now excuse me while I go answer some messages I’ve probably been meaning to answer. 😂

✨ Now booking into August & September! ✨

As we soak up the final weeks of Leo season, let yourself enjoy the sunshine, creativity, and joy that summer brings. 🌞 Whether you’re looking to unwind with a massage, reconnect through energy work, or gain clarity with an astrology or tarot session, now is the perfect time to prioritize yourself.

Before the pace of fall returns and Virgo season invites us back into routines, schedules, and productivity, take a moment to refill your own cup.

✨ Pre-book ahead to secure the appointment time that works best for you—fall tends to fill quickly!
