A lot of people look at what I do and think, āOh, sheās just putting permanent makeup on people. Why would anyone want permanent makeup? I would never do that!ā
The thing is, thereās a reason I prefer the term Cosmetic Tattoo Artist over PMU Artist.
Building brows isnāt just āmakeupā and calling it a day. Eyebrows have anatomy, and we follow that anatomy to create the most realistic results possible. Iāve had body tattoo artists who have been tattooing for decades reach out and say they couldnāt do what we do, and it really means a lot to have this craft recognized as exactly that⦠a craft.
I see women who have just gotten the devastating news that they have breast cancer and will lose all of their hair during chemotherapy.
I see a man who has had alopecia his whole life and always felt getting his brows done would be too āgirly,ā until he saw how realistic they could actually look.
I see someone who went through a terribly traumatic event as a child, lost the skin on their face including lips and brows⦠needed skin grafting and then came to me years later for lip reconstruction tattoo.
And sometimes, itās someone who just wants to have eyebrows again after losing them due to ageing, over-plucking, anxiety or stress.
Eyebrows are something weāre naturally born with. Theyāre part of our facial structure from birth. They frame our face, and losing them can have such a huge impact on how we see ourselves and how we feel when we look in the mirror.
My clientsā stories and their reasons why sit with me every day. I never take for granted that you chose me to be your brow girl šš¼
Itās why I work so hard to keep learning, growing and bringing you my best work.
Itās all for you, my loves. Thank you for trusting me with your faces, your stories and sometimes the really vulnerable parts of your livesš¤

Iāve never really been someone who compares my work to other artists.
Not because I donāt appreciate all the beautiful talent I see online, but because Iāve always been more interested in creating my own style, learning where I can improve on my own work, and figuring out where I want to take my own artistry. I will attract the people who like my work, just as the next artist will attract the people who like theirs.
Itās really easy to compare ourselves to others online, whether thatās professionally, with our bodies, materialistically, or where we are in life. Thereās so much truth to ācomparison is the thief of joy.ā
Thereās so much noise in this industry when it comes to trends, techniques, opinions, and an endless stream of other peopleās work. If I spent my time online comparing myself, that would take time away from building my business the way I want, truly knowing myself, and being confident in who I am.
The best thing any artist can do in this industry is focus on YOU and what you offer. Be proud of your style. And if you recognize that your work isnāt where you want it to be and youāre caught in a negative mindset of comparing, then learn more and practice.
Seven years in, Iām more inspired than ever by my own work and Iām perfectly happy staying in my own little lane š

Hyperrealism brows ⨠From start to finish. As you can see because I use very soft natural pigments they fade out quite abit after the first session. A second session is needed to go darker if the client wants and add more fine details to make them realistic.
Brows will never look like they do the first week. The skin grows over top the tattoo once healed creating a softer more natural look. These results will last 1-2 years before sheāll need a refresh.
Currently booking into February 2026. Thank you so much for all your support! If youād like to book online, you can head over to www.coasttocoastbeauty.ca. š¤

I never set out to become a business owner. I just kept following the next best thing that felt right. I worked in everything from retail to restaurant to management to construction to different sectors in health care.
But when I look back I was always meant to lead. I was always working my way up and never stayed exactly where I started.
Then the lightbulb went off⦠I needed to become my own boss. That was the missing piece. Everything I had learned and accomplished for all those years set me up for success within Coast to Coast.
My little home studio in 2019 became a full business within the community here in PEI. One client turn into 2 turned into now 3000 wonderful clients 6-7 years later. I have tattooed over 3000 people 𤯠Insane to say that out loud!
I built my business without loans, credit cards or family help. Itās been messy, exhausting and one of the hardest things Iāve ever done.
But I really fu***ng love being the woman behind it š

Iām in the season of making my life feel like mine. š¤
A lot of you donāt know this about me, but Iāve lived a pretty nomadic life since I was a young child. Iāve probably lived in 60 different places across the six provinces Iāve called home.
Once I had my daughter, I remember thinking, Okay. We need to settle somewhere. We need to grow some roots. And thatās how we ended up in Prince Edward Island.
Another thing many of you donāt know is that weāve been renting since we moved here in 2020.
For the past six years, Iāve poured so much of myself into my business and my craft. It became my first priority because I knew that once I could build a business that was stable, sustainable, and could run smoothly, Iād be ready to take the next step toward home ownership.
And now⦠weāve just moved into what will be our last rental before I buy a home in the next few years. š„¹
And honestly? It feels really exciting.
Because this is what my journey was supposed to look like.
It wasnāt kids, marriage and buying a home in my 20s and I wouldnāt change a thing.
I want to be sure about who I choose to marry.
Having my daughter in my 30s allowed me to become a better mom than I would have been in my 20s.
Starting my business in my 30s allowed me to finally create the roots I had always wanted, but wasnāt ready for before.
And my 40s will bring me my first home.
I used to think I was behind because my life didnāt look like everyone elseās.
Now I realize I was never behind. I was just building a life on my own timeline.
None of our journeys are meant to look the same.
So embrace whatever yours is meant to be. Thereās a reason for the timing, even when you canāt see it yet. š¤
