Services: 1 Hour therapeutic massage
Whether you realize it or not your muscles are pulling you into, or out of alignment every day. Balancing long and short muscles can literally change and extend your life! My training allows me to easily see these imbalances and correct them accordingly. This one hour session varies in pressure from light to deep. It is not necessary to feel pain during our session! This includes more specific work with thumbs, elbows and stretching.
