A little booking PSA 🤎

Just a reminder that submitting an appointment request online doesn’t automatically mean the appointment is confirmed.

I plan my schedule around the length of each service, so there may be times when I decline a request because the timing would create an opening in my day that would be difficult to fill.

A little tip for haircut-only appointments: If you’re looking for a haircut, especially an evening or weekend appointment, it may be best to reach out to me before submitting an online request. Haircuts can sometimes be worked into the processing time of colour appointments, so I may be able to find a spot for you that isn’t necessarily obvious on the online calendar.

Especially during busy seasons, I need to be mindful of how appointments fit together throughout the day so I can make the most of my available appointment times.

So please don’t take a declined request personally! It doesn’t mean I don’t want to see you, it just means that particular time doesn’t work with the rest of my schedule.

Sometimes the best colour correction is about knowing when to pivot.

This transformation took place over two appointments. She originally came in wanting to go lighter after having previous highlights and at home blue, but that stubborn blue had other plans.

After exploring our options and taking her hair’s overall health into consideration; especially her goal of keeping as much length as possible, we decided the best approach was to neutralize the blue and take her a little darker.

The result? A rich, dimensional brunette that looks healthy, glossy and completely refreshed. 🤎✨
