So I know there is some opposition to my beard out there (Mom, Nona...Amanda W.) so I figured I might as well put their money where their mouth is! I'm setting a reasonable overall goal of $300 to shave my face into almost any facial hair style you can think of, chosen by the highest bidder (only catch, it must include the moustache, I have worked far too hard to lose it without rocking it solo fo
r a bit first). Brackets aside, given the right donation I would be willing to do whatever is asked of me. The style will stay for one week and will include my first Triathlon of the season, the Ottawa Early Bird. The charity of choice is the rare Charitable Research Reserve, a fantastic place that protects over 900 acres of natural land! They give everyone in the community the opportunity to get outside and connect with nature, a cause that has always been near to my heart.
