Mabon coincides with the autumn equinox, when day and night are nearly equal in length. This seasonal shift is the perfect time for celebrating the harvest, gratitude, balance, and what we’ve gathered along the way.

We’ll share a little seasonal herbal tea and harvest-inspired spread, set some intentions together, and settle into a group sound healing with our practitioners.
Alongside singing bowls, tuning forks and other healing sounds, we’ll explore chakra toning with our voices, which is our very own sound healing instrument ✨
