Moms with babies between 6 weeks and under 2 years of age are invited to join us for Move Your Mood Moms, a free program designed to support mental wellness through movement, connection, and self-care in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
✨ Led by our experienced and compassionate Move Your Mood coaches, participants will:
✅ Learn practical strategies to support mental well-being
✅ Connect with other moms in the community
✅ Enjoy gentle physical activity suitable for all fitness levels
✅ Build confidence and resilience

We are looking for 10 families to participate in an exciting pilot of CyberSafely.ai, a groundbreaking digital wellness platform designed to help families build healthier technology habits, strengthen communication, and support children's online safety.

As a pilot family, you will:

✅ Help shape the Canadian rollout through your feedback
✅ Learn practical strategies for managing screen time
✅ Foster meaningful family conversations about technology use ✅ Support a safer and healthier digital environment for children and youth
