Hello from East Mountain Massage,

October is here, and we’re heading into one of our busiest times of the year! As fall schedules settle in and the year draws to a close, appointment availability can fill quickly.

Book ahead to secure your preferred appointments

If massage therapy is part of your regular care, we encourage you to schedule your upcoming visits now. Booking ahead gives you more choice of appointment times and helps you maintain a consistent treatment schedule through the busy fall and holiday season.

🚨 HEADS UP, HAMILTON! LINCOLN ALEXANDER PARKWAY IS GOING TO BE CLOSED! 🚨

📅 September 24 at 10:00 PM → September 28
The planned full maintenance closure of the Red Hill Valley Parkway/Lincoln Alexander Parkway has been postponed because of the weather and is now scheduled for these dates.

⚠️ If you have plans during this time, plan ahead and find a different route! This closure is likely to cause some serious traffic and delays around the city, so be prepared to give yourself extra time.

👇 For everyone who uses the Linc on a daily basis — how are you going to get around without it? What route are you taking?

📲 SHARE this post with someone who uses the Linc every day so they know what’s coming!
