Training for HYROX means your legs never really get a day off. 😮💨
8 km of running. 8 stations. Sleds, SkiErg, lunges, wall balls. Here’s why red light is part of my recovery:

The hardest part of starting HYROX? Recovery.
The training is hard. The running is hard (still learning to love it… still hate it). The sleds, lunges, burpees, all of it.
But learning to recover between sessions has been a whole new challenge.
