When I opened MINSKIN+BEAUTÉ in 2020, I knew what I needed to do and what I was doing but honestly had no idea what to expect. It was a strange time to start a business, and I had a lot of nerves and a lot of hope. Walking in this week and seeing how far this little space has come makes me emotional in the best way.

To every single one of you who has booked, rebooked, and trusted me with your skin: thank you. Some of you have been here since the very beginning. Some of you found us last month. Either way, you chose to spend your time and your hard-earned money here, and I never take that for granted. 🙏

What I love most about this work isn’t just the results, though watching your skin change and your confidence come back is the best part of my day. It’s the conversations. The laughs in the treatment room, the life updates, the stories you’ve trusted me with. You’ve made this feel like more than a clinic to me.

➡️ Solar Lentigo — What is it?
Those stubborn brown spots that gradually appear on the face with age are often referred to as solar lentils, commonly associated with cumulative sun exposure and aging.
☀️ Common causes:
• Long-term UV exposure & sun damage
• Aging skin
• Genetics & individual skin type
❄️ How do we treat it?
For suitable, benign pigmented lesions, cryotherapy (freezing treatment) can be an effective option. The targeted area is carefully frozen, then gradually darkens, forms a small crust, and naturally sheds as the skin heals.
Depending on the type and depth of pigmentation, other treatments such as IPL or pigment lasers may also be appropriate.
