My passion is plant allies and how nature gives so many amazing tools right in our very back yard! I grow a lot of my own plants and flowers for my creations, Wild forage responsibly for some and source from small Canadian businesses for other supplies.

✨ 300?! ✨🌿Sage & Soul Apothecary has officially reached 300 followers! 🖤
It might be a small number compared to some pages, but to me, every single one of those 300 people represents someone who has stopped by, liked a post, shared my little creations, visited me at a market, bought something handmade, or simply cheered me on. And that means a LOT. 🥹
What started as a making natural products for family and friends has grown into something so much more, and we’re just getting started!

✨ What a beautiful way to wrap up Farmers market season! ✨ Perfect fall weather crisp air, golden colours, and all the cozy autumn energy. 🍂 I’m surprised how much I’m welcoming the cooler weather ! I just wanted to say how grateful I am for everyone who stopped by my little Sage & Soul table throughout the year. Every purchase, conversation, kind word, and familiar face means more than you know. ❤️
This season has been full of growing in the garden, in the apothecary, and in this little dream I’ve been building one market at a time. 🌿✨

Happy Equinox 🍂 ☀️ 🌖 it’s been an abundant season full of gratitude and great people 🧡 This Saturday is the closing market Brooks Farmers' Market ! It will likely be my last until Christmas 😅 come down and check out the festivities. I’ll have some Fall decor as well (think Cinnamon Brooms 😉) Hope to see you there !!

This Friday we’re celebrating the Anniversary Event at 6D Health and Wellness Co-op and I’ll be there with Sage & Soul Apothecary! 🌿
Im unable to be at the spring market this year, so this is one of the first chances to shop my products before summer markets start in June.
