While some of my clients love to chat, and I truly enjoy our visits, I also want you to know that silence never needs to be filled.
Soft music, gentle lighting, calming space and treatments are all intentionally designed to give you permission to slow down, let go and simply be.
There’s no need to talk, entertain or think about what comes next. Just settle in and allow yourself to relax and restore — on every level.
And if you happen to fall asleep… or even snore a little… we accept that as the very best compliment. 😉
