I am happy to say I’m on the road to recovery with my health (finally 🥹🙏🥲). Not fully there yet but things keep improving daily.

I had some major vitamin deficiencies I had to get some IV/injections to help with, going for another round soon. Also sleep apnea and I’ve started with one of those machines and as hard as it was to get used to, it’s helping my sleep alot now. I’m off most of my meds (I was overly medicated, and I believe mis-diagnosed with some things, these meds made things a lot worse I know now) and I’m still in the process of being tested for narcolepsy but the symptoms I had have lessened so so much from all these treatments/changes. The random vomiting is still a mystery but is getting better too. (Sorry if tmi lol) I’m talking with a naturopath about some tinctures to try to heal that now.

I want to slowly start posting again here and I’m going to be getting my bead area set up again (I had put everything away when my health declined to just take a break) 🥹🙏💕
