শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে সরাসরি কথা বলা, তাদের skin concern বোঝা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় guidance দেওয়ার এই উদ্যোগে কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষের সহযোগিতা আমাদের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ছিল।

Showstopper a bold and trendsetting female fashion brand is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-conscious Fashion Designer to join our design team.

If you’re passionate about fashion, love creating new designs, and have a strong understanding of Ethnic Wear & Abaya, we’d love to hear from you!

🎨 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design Ethnic Wear & Abaya collections based on market trends and brand direction
* Source fabrics and accessories through market visits with the Supply Chain team
* Prepare mood boards, design sheets, tech packs & design briefs
* Support the complete product development cycle — from concept to sample and final production
* Assist in photoshoots, content storytelling & design presentations
* Conduct market and trend research for new design concepts
* Collaborate with Merchandising, Production & Marketing teams
* Ensure designs meet quality, costing, performance & timeline requirements

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS
* Fabrication
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* PowerPoint
* Excel / Spreadsheet
* AI Tools & other relevant design tools

👩‍🎨 EXPERIENCE
1–2 years of experience in Fashion Design from Fashion Brands, Garments, Buying Houses or Boutiques.

🎓 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing
* Graduates from Shanto-Mariam University or BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) will be preferred

⭐ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in Ethnic Wear Design is preferred
* Strong creativity and trend awareness
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills

এই ভিজিটের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো বাজারে আমাদের বিভিন্ন ব্র্যান্ড ও প্রোডাক্টের availability ও visibility পর্যবেক্ষণ করা, retailer ও consumer feedback সংগ্রহ করা এবং product-related বিভিন্ন query সম্পর্কে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা।

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
* Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines
* Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and service satisfaction
* Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Claims, etc.) to support customer needs
* Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and data confidentiality
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports
* Support customer retention and upselling/cross-selling initiatives when applicable
* Maintain proper call logs, tickets, and documentation
* Adhere to shift schedules, attendance policies, and performance KPIs
