Use your hours however you like in 30, 45 or 60-minute increments.

Valid for 12 months.

Recovery Pack holders can also bring one additional person for:

We don’t usually talk too much about the behind-the-scenes side of running a small business, but sometimes it’s important to share the reality.

Small business is hard. And when costs continue to creep up, changes that might seem small can have a real impact when you’re a small, family-run business.

From 1 October, we can no longer pass card processing fees on to customers. We could increase our prices to absorb that cost, but we’d really rather not.

We value our customers and have worked hard to keep Elevate affordable, so instead we’re looking at small ways we can manage the change without putting our prices up.

If paying by cash or bank transfer at the time of your appointment is convenient for you, we’d genuinely appreciate it. Of course, card payments will still be available — we’re not asking anyone to change how they pay.

It’s simply one small way you can support a small local business, without costing you anything extra.

Marisa Moore

We’re so pleased to welcome Marisa, a local practitioner who is joining us here at Elevate Rest & Recovery in Launching Place.

Marisa brings years of experience supporting people through deep nervous system rest, stress release and emotional integration, using a range of gentle and transformative modalities.

Her work is centred around creating a grounded, safe space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and make space for clarity and restoration.

Marisa’s offerings include:

A little timetable update at Elevate 💙

We’re incredibly grateful for the growth and support we’ve experienced over the past 12 months. It means so much to see more and more of you making recovery part of your routine.

After some discussion and reviewing our booking trends and demand, we’ve decided to redistribute our opening hours and add an extra weekday of availability — making it possible for even more of you to find a time that works for you.

And with the days getting longer and spring here, we’re especially excited to introduce our new Thursday late night 🌙, giving you more opportunity to fit in some recovery after work and into the evening.

Starting Monday 14th September our new timetable will be:

TUESDAY 10am–5pm
WEDNESDAY CLOSED
THURSDAY 2pm–9pm 🌙
FRIDAY 10am–7pm

We know one of the biggest hurdles when starting out on your own can be the cost and commitment of taking on a room before you’ve had the chance to build your client base.

So we’re doing things a little differently. 🤍

🤝 We’re also open to discussing a profit-share arrangement for the right person.

We’re particularly interested in connecting with a massage/remedial massage therapist, nutrition or dietetics practitioner, naturopath, counsellor/psychologist or another complementary wellness practitioner who would be a good fit within our existing space.

Our goal isn’t simply to fill a room — we’d love to find someone who wants to grow their own business and become part of the Elevate community.

We’re a family-run business, and we’re trying to build something of our own and create a future for our family and our kids.

Sometimes, that means our children are here.

We understand that people come to Elevate to relax, switch off and have some time to themselves, and we will always do our best to provide a calm and welcoming environment.

But we also want parents to feel welcome.

If childcare falls through, your partner is working, or you simply need to bring your little one with you — we want you to feel that you can. No embarrassment, no judgement and no need to apologise.

We understand that having children around won’t be everyone’s preference, and that’s okay. Not every business is going to be the right fit for every person.

But we’re proud to be a family-run business, and we’re proud that our kids are part of our lives while we’re building it.
