Everything is made by hand in small batches in Sydney, with a focus on quality natural ingredients, delicious aromas and good old-fashioned processes. We also offer short classes so that you can experience the satisfaction of making candles and soaps yourself. Ideal for corporate team building, hens' nights or just a unique experience to share with friends, we keep our class sizes small and you keep what you make.

About 20 minutes on a train from Florence is the town of Montelupo which has a rich history of ceramics dating back to the 13th century. I visited the Museum, which is meticulously arranged in chronological order and tells the story of how this town produced ceramics for the Medici family, hospitals and apothecaries, and eventually export to the world. The incredible thing is they only discovered this in the 1970s when excavating a well!
