Gluten free Luang Prabang! I had such low expectations honestly but I was pleasantly surprised with the gf options! And Luang Prabang was such a cool city with gorgeous nature around it!

I stopped by two fully 100% gluten free spots in Manchester, NH: Dishon Bakery (the bread might be the best I’ve had) and Gluten Free Express, a full GF grocery store with fresh food and awesome products!

Australia 🇦🇺 English speaking country with a widespread knowledge of celiac disease compared to other countries and great allergen labeling laws
Spain 🇪🇸 has some major cities with a lot of gluten-free options, including the most dedicated gluten-free options I’ve ever seen in one place and absolutely delicious foods
Latvia 🇱🇻 this is an underrated country in my opinion, and the capital of Riga has some of the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever tasted at a dedicated gluten-free restaurant
Iceland 🇮🇸 a spread out and generally remote country where I found at least one restaurant in every town we stayed in that had gluten-free offerings and surprisingly a lot of dedicated fryers
Laos 🇱🇦 we had a very unique stay in Luang Prabang where we enjoyed the beautiful and relatively remote city while finding some delicious gluten-free offerings which were harder to come by
Taiwan 🇹🇼 we stayed in Taipei due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of celiac disease and the city was super cool, but only had a few safe restaurants and a lot of them were vegan
