As of today, 1 October 2026, new changes to card payment rules mean I can no longer charge a card surcharge on payments.

While this may seem like a small change, those processing fees are now an additional cost that I, as a small business owner, have to absorb on every card transaction.

For a small, independent salon, these costs really do add up and have a genuine impact on the cost of running my business. ❤️

So, if you’re able to, I’d really appreciate your support by choosing cash payment where possible.Please feel free to have a chat with me when you’re in the salon.

As of 1 September 2026, there will be a small update to my service prices and booking/cancellation fees.

Like many small businesses, I’ve seen the cost of products, supplies, utilities and all the other little things that go into keeping the salon running continue to rise. After doing my best to absorb these increases for as long as possible, it’s time for me to make a small adjustment to my prices. 🤍

Additionally, a $100 booking/cancellation fee will be required to secure all colour service appointments. A payment link will be sent to you and the fee must be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking.This will be deducted from your total service bill on the day of your appointment. Should you need to cancel, reschedule or if you are unable to attend your appointment (no-show) within 48 hours of your appointment time, the booking fee will be forfeited.

I’m incredibly grateful for your ongoing support, loyalty and for trusting me with your hair. 🥰 Your appointments, chats, laughs and continued support mean so much to me — and I’m so thankful to have the most wonderful clients!
