This is what a 12-month healed powder brow
SHOULD look like. Not patchy. Not grey. Not migrated into a weird blob. Evenly faded front to tail, with a soft cool undertone from the body naturally metabolising the warmer pigment particles - but never pure grey/blue.
If yours have gone grey or blue, girllii... you need laser, not more touch-ups.
That’s not ‘just how PMU fades’ - it’s either a technique problem, or your tech isn’t being upfront with you.
Just because it’s been 12-18 months since your last appointment does NOT automatically mean you’re due for a touch up. Your skin can only hold so much ink! Overworking already-saturated skin is exactly how you end up with that blobby, migrated, grey mess in the first place. Less is more, always.
