🍻 Tuesday 5pm, from for 30 mins of moment, followed by a social drink.
☕️ Sunday Slaps from Shipwreck Cove with for 30-40 mins of movement, followed by a social bagel and coffee.

October is looking pretty slap-worthy.. 👀
Sunday’s = movement, coffee & chats ☕️
7:15am pre-slaps → a bonus 30 mins from the meeting spot listed.
8am slaps → 30-40 mins of movement. It’s your morning, your pace. 🏃♀️🚶♀️
Tuesday’s = sunset slaps 🌅
5pm @ Long Point Brewery → 30 mins of movement, followed by a social drink 🍻
and did you know, FIRST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH = YoChi sunday 🍦😉

Our Sunday morning looked like this! We (didn’t) slip over, we slopped through the puddles, and we SLAAAAPPED.

Hi team! Looking for something to do this Sunday?! 😉
Join Singo Slaps, Secret Snails, On the Move, (and I hear some Secret Rocky Runners are also making an appearance!), plus SBR.
We are all coming together for movement, community, and connection. If that doesn’t entice you enough, there will be a shoe wear test with OnCloud!!!! PLUS, recovery with StretchLabs, and SaltnSteam Sauna!

7:45am Size up in some OnClouds! 👟
7:50am On the Move will warm us up!
8:00am We move for 20 mins out and back!! Your morning, your pace. ☺️ it will SLAP
8:40am recovery with Salt & Steam, and StretchLabs Mandurah, refuel with Elite Supplements and Pillar, and our favourites Ritual Co Bagels. 🥯
