Our nervous system and body is so intelligent and knows how to keep us safe with adaptations, survival and protective mechanisms.

The nervous system's role is to keep us safe and alive, it does a brilliant job.

Everyone's nervous system is unique and primed differently depending on the conditions and programs it was coded to along the human development journey.

We all have different triggers and that means we are human. There is nothing wrong with us.

I wonder if we remembered we have a relationship with our body/nervous systems, what would we discover? I wonder what would happen if we also became curious about the people's nervous systems with whom we are intimate with?

What if we were NOT trying to fix and change each other but to have an excitement towards understanding each other more.

I wonder how that would affect our ways of relating to and supporting ourselves and each other on the path of life? I wonder what would naturally unfold, shift and reveal itself from that place?

That to me, feels like love 💚

Unfortunately I am not taking on any more new male clients unless by referral.

It is my pleasure to be providing a space here in Pomona for the nourishing art of massage therapy.

I have been offering massage in the community for almost 10yrs and I love to witness and feel the nervous systems respond to the therapeutic touch massage offers.

These sessions are a whole bodymind reset, an experience to help guide your awareness back to the body and all the ways it senses.

Reach out if you would like to receive a session.
