Babe, your holiday calendar is getting closer than it looks. 👀
If microneedling, peels, relaxer treatments, treatments, or simply getting your skincare routine sorted are on your list, now is a good time to start planning. Some treatments need multiple sessions, some need downtime, and skin changes rarely happen overnight.
Tell me what is on your calendar and what you would like to work on, hun. We can plan backwards so your skin has time to do its thing without rushing it. 🤍

Behind the Formula: Glycolic Acid ✨
Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid, or AHA, commonly used to exfoliate the surface of the skin.
It can help loosen dead skin cells sitting on the surface, which may improve the look of dullness, uneven texture, and some types of pigmentation over time.
But babe, stronger is not always better. Overusing acids can leave your skin feeling dry, stingy, or irritated, especially if your skin barrier is already struggling.
Start slowly, avoid piling it on with every other active in your routine, and keep that SPF consistent.
Your skin likes results, hun. It does not need to be bullied into them. 🤍

The iPhone Duo is cute, but have you tried microneedling + good skincare? Now that’s my kind of duo. 😂✨

True story 😌🥰

Babe, the holiday season might feel ages away, but some skin goals need a little more runway than you think.
Microneedling, chemical peels, pigmentation-focused treatments, and collagen-supporting treatments can all take time, and some also involve downtime between appointments.
So if you already know you have Christmas parties, weddings, travel or big events coming up, September is a good time to start planning instead of trying to squeeze everything in at the last minute.
Tell me what is on your holiday calendar and what you would like to work on, hun. We can build a skin plan backwards from there and leave enough room to adjust along the way.
Some results are worth waiting for. 🤍 DM me to schedule your appointment x

Just me, my little aesthetics biz, approximately 847 regulations, and the government making sure every caption becomes a surprise regulatory pop quiz. 🥰
Wouldn’t have it any other way x
(In all seriousness, the rules exist because prescription medicines carry risks, and decisions about their use should happen between a patient and an appropriately qualified health practitioner, rather than being driven by advertising. So yes, babe, I’ll keep finding creative ways to talk about skin while keeping things compliant. 🤍)

Spring cleaning, but for your skincare routine, hun.
Your skin barrier helps keep moisture in and irritants out. When it is struggling, your skin may feel dry, tight, stingy, flaky, or suddenly sensitive to products it normally tolerates.
Give it a little love this spring by keeping cleansing gentle, moisturising consistently, wearing SPF every day, and resisting the urge to introduce five new actives at once.
Healthy-looking skin starts with a barrier that is functioning well, babe. Sometimes doing a little less is exactly what your skin is asking for.
Send me a DM today to schedule a consultation, and let's chat about what treatments are suitable for you. x

Skin changes take time, especially when you are working on things like texture, hydration, pigmentation, or simply building a routine you can actually stick to.
September is a lovely time to stop saying “I’ll deal with it later” and start getting consistent with SPF, skincare, and a plan that suits your skin.
January-you would like to formally thank September-you in advance. 🤍
DM me to book your consultation.

Some call me Kirsten, some call me Kirst… babe, just call me when you’re ready to have a proper chat about your skin. 😂🤍

You smile, frown, or raise your brows, and the lines appear. Totally normal.
But when those lines start hanging around after your face relaxes, that is usually when people become more curious about their options.
Repeated facial movement, collagen changes, and skin ageing can all contribute, which is why there is no universal “right age” to start addressing them.
If your lines are starting to bother you, hun, book a consultation. We can assess your facial movement, skin, and goals and talk through the options that may be appropriate for you. 🤍
